Dah tulis beberapa hari kemudian selepas GP memang struggle lah nak ingat balik. Cumanya ada beberapa perkara yang boleh dipelajari. Antaranya pasal sleep apnoea, which is agak common kalau orang tu obese.
Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a condition where your breathing stops for short spells when you are asleep. The word apnoea means without breath - that is, the breathing stops. In the case of OSA, the breathing stops because of an obstruction to the flow of air down your airway. The obstruction to the airflow occurs in the throat at the top of the airway.
Factors that increase the risk of developing OSA, or can make it worse, include the following. They all increase the tendency of the narrowing in the throat at night to be worse than normal.
- Overweight and obesity, particularly if you have a thick neck, as the extra fat in the neck can squash the airway.
- Drinking alcohol in the evening. Alcohol relaxes muscles more than usual and makes the brain less responsive an apnoea episode. This may lead to more severe apnoea episodes in people who may otherwise have mild OSA.
- Enlarged tonsils.
- Taking sedative drugs such as sleeping tablets or tranquilisers.
- Sleeping on your back rather than on your side.
- Having a small or receding lower jaw (a jaw that is set back further than normal).
And then pasal reproductive stuffs jugak lah especially bab family planning. Selain pasal implant, ligitation, i just know about this, heh.
The basal body temperature method is a type of natural family planning, also called fertility awareness-based methods.
Your basal body temperature is your temperature when you're fully at rest. Ovulation may cause a slight increase in basal body temperature. You'll be most fertile during the two to three days before your temperature rises. By tracking your basal body temperature each day, you may be able to predict when you'll ovulate. In turn, this may help you determine when you're most likely to conceive.
If you're hoping to get pregnant, you can use the basal body temperature method to determine the best days to have sex. Similarly, if you're hoping to avoid pregnancy, you can use the basal body temperature method to determine which days to avoid unprotected sex.
OMG. Day 20 bro... Rasa macam baru je buat Day 1. Yes, tinggal lagi seminggu. But deep inside my heart, despite of krik krik moments with my GP Partner and even with my GP, I'm going to miss Kanturk And Newmarket so so much. The scenery is so beautiful, couldnt thanks enough to Allah who let me be here for this gp attachment.
Btw, on day 20, aku seorang je, sebab partner GP aku dah balik hari Khamis because kawan dia kawen and need to do prep for that. So actually masa hari khamis tu aku berangan la yang GP akan bagi aku leave jugak jumaat, sekali my GP said, ..." So Norain i will pick you up,, bla bla," aku macamm dalam hati, okayyyy! GP wont let me go easily ya.
And then GP pun start 11.30am, so kul 10.30am GP pun call cakap dia kat kedai and suh turun dari B&B, so duk kat klinik sampai 1.30pm.. Aku pun bajet ermm macam sempat je nak naik train pukul 2.07pm. Sekali GP masuk simpang menghala ke rumah diaaa, and dia kata lunch dulu kat rumah dia and nanti dia hantar gi train station. Sabar je laa, I have the most caring GP in the world, nuff said bro...
So that's the story... Harap takde drama air mata habis GP next week, I'm in love with Kanturk and Newmarket so much, ima said, aku buat GP attachment kat Newmarket macam vacation. Indeed memang macam vacation. Tak pernah bosan sebab everyday ada routine yang berbeza...
Monday - Morning in clinics (swap with Paul sama ada kat bilik nurse or kat bilik GP. Evening pergi housecall and then pergi Kanturk Community hospital and then lunch rumah GP, and then pergi klinik desa kat Liscaroll
Tuesday - Morning with the nurse sampai noon, then with GP. Evening dekat klinik jugak.
Wednesday - Morning with GP kat klinik desa Liscarol. Noon kat Newmarket with GP. Evening ada housecall then back to Newmarket.
Thursday - Morning with GP kat newmarket. Evening pergi Kanturk Community Hospital and then back to Newmarket.
Friday - With GP sampai 1.30pm...
